Refund Policy
If your plant arrives damaged, please provide us with photos of the damaged plants within 48 hours of receiving the order for our team to review. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will submit a claim with the carrier and replace your product at no extra charge once the claim is approved. In some cases, we may ask you to file the claim directly. Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges on plant material. We also do not accept claims for plants that have been planted or removed from the pots they were shipped in. Claims will not be accepted without photographic evidence of shipping damage within the 48-hour window. Filing a claim is at the sole discretion of Frank’s Perennial Border and we cannot guarantee the claim will be filed or approved.
We do not issue refunds for:
Extreme and unseasonable weather conditions.
Neglect to appropriately water, feed, prepare the soil, or site your plant.
Death or damage from animals, insects, or pets.
Inappropriate climate zone
