Carex 'Feather Falls', commonly known as Feather Falls Sedge, is a vigorous, cascading sedge with narrow, arching blades that have green centers and bright creamy-white margins. It forms a full, flowing mound that brings light and movement to shady beds and spills beautifully over the edges of containers. The evergreen foliage provides color all year, and the plant is tough and adaptable to a range of soils and light levels. It is deer and rabbit resistant and needs little care beyond combing out old foliage in early spring. Plant it in part shade to light shade as an edging, massed groundcover or container spiller.
