Echinacea Sombrero 'Poco Hot Coral', commonly known as Coneflower, is a compact, bushy coneflower that packs vivid hot coral blooms onto a smaller plant. The Poco selections of the Sombrero series were bred for a shorter, well-branched habit and plenty of flowers, making them ideal for the front of the border and containers. Blooming begins in summer and continues over a long season, with each flower centered by a prominent cone. Butterflies and bees flock to the blooms, and goldfinches will visit the seed heads if they are left standing. Once established it is heat and drought tolerant. Plant it in full sun with well-drained soil.
