Phlox paniculata 'Ka-Pow White', commonly known as Summer Phlox, is a compact, free-flowering garden phlox with large, fragrant clusters of pure white blooms. Part of the Ka-Pow series, it starts flowering in late spring, earlier than most garden phlox, and continues through late summer on strong, well-branched stems. Its tidy, shorter habit makes it easy to fit into borders and containers, and the series was bred for good resistance to powdery mildew. The crisp white flowers brighten evening gardens and pair well with nearly any color. Butterflies and hummingbirds visit often, and the blooms make long-lasting cut flowers. Plant in full sun to part sun with moist, well-drained soil.
